This vest is ruged, well made, true to size, comfortable, warm, functional, and perfect for the working rancher that needs some warmth, but needs full use of his arms. Carhartt is the sign of a well made product and this one is no exception. My husband is very hard on clothing and anything that goes to the ranch risks coming back in shreds, but this one will last a long time due to its excellent fabric and construction.

Carhartt has some nerve using the word "arctic" in the description. Its maybe a little warmer than a fleece hoodie, which makes it suitable for spring and fall in New England. I love the duck material and the quality is simply excellent. Its also very comfortable and I have found myself wearing it all day without any complaints. The sizing appears to be accurate.

I got a BIG one. Their large sizes are correct, some brands the big sizes are just a label change. I like a lot

My dad loves this vest. He lives in Florida, but it gets cold there, too, in the winter, and he is 94. The vest keeps him warm and it is comfortable. Nice!
